Holy Cow I have a 3 yr old in my house!

Last Friday we celebrated Jackson's 3rd birthday...my my how the time has flown by! I had all of your typical mommy flashbacks to the day he was born. I would look at the clock throughout the day and think "this time 3 years ago we were.....". It is truly amazing to think of how far we've come, in the parenting world, and his overall development.
The first order of business on his birthday was to hold a small birthday celebration at his school. My mom, the ever talented one, made all of the kids and his teachers aprons with their names on them for them to wear as they decorated cookies. Needless to say, the cookie decorating, and more importantly, the cooking eating was a huge success!




Also over the weekend we had a family birthday party for him....Mickey Mouse style! While the weather wasn't all that cooperative, everyone appeared to have a good time.




I hope everyone had a great weekend...and survives the rest of the week. If I can kick this sinus infection I have I might live to see next weekend! =)
